
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of community-based projects under the Workforce Development department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across departments.
Assist project managers with timelines, reports, and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Liaise with vendors and community partners.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
2+ years of project coordination or office administration experience.
$52,000–$60,000 per year (depending on experience)
