Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate a variety of machinery used in construction and maintenance work. The ideal candidate has a strong safety record and the ability to work independently on outdoor job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Operate graders, loaders, and excavators to complete assigned tasks.

  • Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections.

  • Work closely with site supervisors to meet project deadlines.

  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.

Education & Experience

  • Valid Class 3A or 1A license preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.

Compensation Details

$28–$34 per hour
